In the event you should have a loss, please contact us first, so we can advise and assist you immediately. Once the claim report has been taken, you will be assigned a claim number and we will have our claims office contact you as soon as possible.

Payments

We offer monthly payment options on all policies. Premiums may be paid by sending a check directly to our payment centerm by sending a payment to our office, or by stopping in to drop a payment off. If you wish to customize your payments and pay more at any time, you may do so. You may save money if you opt to have your payments automatically withdrawn from your checking account. We accept checks by phone, as well as VISA / Mastercard.

Annual Customer Protection

You should review your policy/policies occasionally to help ensure proper coverage. When you receive your policy in the mail, please review it thoroughly, or contact us to arrange for a policy review.
